This is the problem we did with Mrs Bina. Mrs Bina is the maths facilitator in New Zealand. This is the problem that we had to do. It was so easy but confusing at the same time. The most difficult was working out how to get the answer. There was 13 people that Mrs Bina had to teach. Mrs Bina got us into groups so we could discuss how we got our answers. She made us use a rectangle and strips of paper. There was nothing challenging about this problem. I really enjoyed learning from Mrs Bina and I hope she can come again. Next I want to learn is simplifying fractions.
